BioCharacter Description: Eternally bright and bubbly, Yachiru lives in her own little world. She doesn't understand the concept that Kenpachi is crazy, since having known him all her life she's never had anyone else to compare him to. She doesn't see anything wrong with his loving to fight, a trait that she inherited from him, and would do whatever it takes in order to stay with him. The Asylum has become her home, all of the denizens her friends, and anyone who would think to remove Yachiru from there would be faced with an unholy tantrum unlike any tantrum they have ever seen before.
There are some who feel the impressionable child should not be around such influences as the obviously insane, but this is because they don't understand that to Yachiru this is all a game. As far as she is concerned most everyone in the asylum is playing a big game of "Let's Pretend" and since she absolutely loves that game she sees nothing wrong with this. Sure, sometimes people act really silly, and other people seem to hate playing, but she's found plenty of people who seem to enjoy her company so she's a happy camper.
Character History: Ever since she was little, Zaraki Kenpachi was the only person who existed in Kusajishi Yachiru's world. He was her father, her protector, her only family, and in Yachiru's mind as long as her beloved Kenchan was around everything would be alright. They lived a simple lifestyle, wandering around as Kenpachi did odd jobs in order to make ends meet for them. Everything was wonderful for Yachiru until one day when a creepy smelly guy tried to grab her. Kenchan grabbed the man, beating him to a bloody pulp as Yachiru cheered him on, and for some reason that seemed to upset a lot of people.
Over the next few months she was taken and shuttled between various places while Kenchan sat in a funny looking barred room and went through all sorts of meetings with people in black robes as well as men in white coats. She cried a lot, angry and upset to not be allowed to be around her Kenchan during these months, until one day a nice lady with funny hair told her that Kenchan was going to the asylum and she was getting a new home. This didn't sit well with Yachiru, and she threw a titanic fit until the woman relented and she was allowed to stay with Kenchan.
Ever since coming to the Asylum Yachiru has learned all sorts of great things including some interesting new games, some fun words which seem to get all the adults looking at her funny, and that apparently some people can see things that aren't there. While she doesn't like the fact that they aren't letting Kenchan out to play and pound on people as much as he would like, she feels that the asylum is the closest they've had to a home in a while and figured that it would do, at least until she could bust him out.
